Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Vancouver BC (Pacific North West), either by ground courier or freight transport. Shipping method is determined by order size.

There are no tariffs for Canadian customers. Any tariffs, duties or customs expenses (U.S. customers) are included with our shipping service (even when shipping is FREE), making the process entirely seamless. 
 

Our warehouse is very well stocked, and we are determined to process and ship your order within 1-5 business days. Some products are brought in from neighbouring wholesalers and can add from 2 - 10 additional business days.

Add roughly 1 day travel time per state or province. For example 1  business day of travel to Vancouver, 2-3 days to Calgary, Washington State 2 days , where South Carolina, Maine or PEI could mean  7 - 10 travel days. Then add another day or two if you're not in a major urban area.

Noting some areas are too remote and we may be in touch for an alternate shipping solution.
